Virtual Youth Yoga Story Time with Royal Oak Public Library

On Tuesday, February 16 at 7:00 pm, families are invited to join Miss Tracy for a mindful story time that incorporates yoga poses, stretches, and relaxation exercises with stories and music. Everyone is encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, and yoga mats or towels are suggested. Please contact tracy@ropl.org for more information.
