Join us on the first Saturday of the month from 9 am until noon for an opportunity to volunteer at the nature center working on a variety of projects to help conserve and maintain this unique property. Projects will be seasonally appropriate and can include trail maintenance, invasive plant removal, trash clean-up, and planting native plants.
On the 2nd and 4th Saturdays join a Lichterman nature center naturalist on a themed guided walk around the property*. Themes will be seasonally appropriate including birds, wildflowers, seed collecting (“Seed Stroll”), trees, and history. 11a.m. included with regular admission. *No guided walks January 27th for Birds & Seeds programming & April 13th for our annual plant sale
On the 3rd Saturday join us as we introduce you to a community partner or animal ambassador from 11a.m. – 1p.m. This series will introduce some of Mosh’s community partners doing great work in the city and also highlight upcoming programming, exhibits, and opportunities at MoSH.
